How it all started
Hi - my name is Grace Kamara and I am from Freetown, Sierra Leone. I am a single mother with 4 kids living here in the UK. This is my story: my marriage ended in 2005 and that’s when I lost everything but, not my lovely kids though! From that point, while raising four kids as a single mum, I was so depressed, stressed and hated myself. I also shed a lot of tears because I had lost everything. A year after that, God came to me in my dream and said, “No, you haven’t lost anything; I gave you talent in your hands and I will show you how to use it.” Then God showed me how to make hair products using ingredients. Immediately, the next morning, I woke up, wrote down the ingredients and then started thinking about what to do next. Since the age of 10, I’ve had a ton of experience with hair. My customers and friends advised me to take it into the lab. It then got approved by that lab. After that, I lost interest in proceeding further with it. Two years later, my pastor from Jubilee Church was preaching again. He was preaching about people’s progress in life. After the pastor preached about it, I couldn’t sleep that whole night because I kept hearing his voice in my head. The next day, I started creating my products. I thank God that I am finally able to do so. That’s the story of my life.
